Where to find flexibility: Small vs. Large Organisations

Would you like an employer who offers flexibility, work-life balance and choice on issues like overtime, hours and work location? You might be better off at a smaller company.
Research compiled by Inc. Magazine has found that across the board, smaller businesses are more supportive of flexible work practises and feel they make their organisations more productive.
The research also found that, aside from financial and career advancement, flexible work options is a leading retention tool. According to our own research, flexibility is a huge drawcard for those engaging as white collar contractors (Independent Professionals/IPros) in particular. The 2014 IPro Index found that flexibly is the third greatest attraction to the contracting lifestyle.
